3 Biblical Steps for Overcoming Anxiety

Seek Godly Counsel – Turn first to God in prayer and His Word. Surround yourself with godly mentors and wise counsel who point you back to truth. (Proverbs 11:14, Psalm 119:165)

Heed Godly Counsel – Take the next right step in obedience, even when it feels small. Peace comes after faithful action. (Genesis 6:22)

Replace Worry with God’s Word – Trade fearful thoughts for God’s promises. Memorize, pray, and trust His Word daily. (Genesis 9:13–17, Colossians 3:15)
