Join Crystal as she encourages us to develop a heart of forgiveness rather than allowing bitterness to take root in our lives. When bitterness springs up, it troubles us (not the person who wronged us), steals our joy, and makes us unpleasant to be around. Developing a heart of forgiveness is for our benefit. It allows us to forgive so our relationship with the LORD is not hindered and our joy can be complete. We can forgive others with the LORD's help and break free from the bondage of bitterness!

What does it take to make a change in your life?
Whether you are striving to make a change for your physical health, spiritual health, or even just in your daily routines, there are three things that will help you get there.
First, you must determine that you will make the change. Put an end to the "maybe I will, maybe I won't" attitude. Determine.
Then, 'do the change' with diligence. Remember everything we do is for the LORD (Ecclesiastes 9:10; Colossians 3:17, 23).
And finally, 'do the change' with discipline. Set yourself up for success by making 'the change' easier.
Join Crystal in this bonus episode as she shares more on these three words: determine, diligence, and discipline.

Join Quortney as she give us 5 ways that we can stay spiritually healthy Christians.
“What we think about God and our relationship to Him determines what we think about everything else that makes up our busy world. Other people. The universe. Gods Word. Gods will, sin, faith, and obedience. Wrong idea about God will ultimately lead to wrong ideas about who we are and what we should do, and this leads to a wrong life on the wrong path toward the wrong destiny. In other words, theology, the right knowledge of God, is essential to a fulfilled life in this world.”
