God promises to bring us through our anxieties, but sometimes that healing process begins with admitting that we are in the dark. In order to experience the peace that God offers, we must first admit where we are in our anxiety and then be vulnerable with someone else. God desires His peace for us, but we have to make peace with ourselves first.
