The holiday season has quite a way of triggering anxiety for many people. In this episode, we address one trigger for anxiety in general (perfectionism) and how it can present itself at Christmas. A major issue in perfectionism is having unrealistic expectations for ourselves, our homes, and everything. We expect what will only happen in Heaven and then we are anxious trying to attain what is impossible. Having realistic expectations can greatly decrease our anxiety during the holidays and all year long. As I explain in this episode, I will be taking a one month break for the month of January and Lord willing, will begin in February. At the end of the episode, I summarize all the episodes from episode 5 - 22. Hopefully the summary will help those new to the podcast to choose where to go back to during January. If you've been with us the whole time, hope the review is helpful to you as well. See you in February!
