On the heels of one of, if not the, biggest anime box office ever, we take a close look with our all-seeing-anime-eyes at the top 20 anime voted so far for Spring. We look to see what shows will be in our mid-season review (hint, its too many shows) as we laugh away the pain of existing in a world where watching anime isn't a full time job... yet!!! Annnnnnnd we're back! I (Kevin) had to take my vacation around the time we relaunched our podcast so recording was made that much harder when the host of the show is unable to be there for... the show. But no matter, we have ourselves a return part 2, and instead of doing what we probably should be doing (previewing Spring Anime 2021), we decided to put that off and do something completely different! 

Junior got engaged to his girlfriend-now-fiancee, so we absolutely had to celebrate by rating our favorite 2D girls! It makes sense, just don't think about it. Feel free to do what we did and google image search all the girls mentioned to get a visual, it creates some interesting moments and maybe you can even see the unfortunate things we had to witness. 

Also, apologies for my audio, my mic was tampered with for ASMR reasons and I sound awful. Grin and bear it, this was a very fun episode to record and listen back to, so I'm sure you will enjoy it!

Well, this is awkward. We have our end of season recap for fresh new anime for Winter 2021... a project we started on our old show!?!?!? For anyone unfamiliar with the SuperEpicZoomercast, this is essentially the last step in a multi-part seasonal project in which we preview new anime, check out which of those anime are in the top 20 on Anitrendz, watch the first 5 episodes of those shows, rate them tier-list style based on hype, then take a final visit at the end of the season. This is a nice little preview of the end product, and for those foaming at the mouth for new Spring 2021 shows, we will record and upload the beginning of that journey next week!!!

The hardest thing as an anime fan is the fear of wasting your time on premiere anime. Will it be a dumpster fire, plain boring, or could it be an absolute game-changer anime? All I wanted was for Nintendo to make my hopes and dreams come true, but instead, I have to pretend to be glad that we got more ports and remasters... AND GOLF!?!? Another week with TONS of video game news, including a LAST MINUTE Cyberpunk update, plus we look at Anitrendz to decide which Season 1 anime will make the cut for the recap. Cade stepped it up and actually was in charge of starting the show off and he NAILED it. Lots of fun as always, and despite not being able to make a living off this, we are doing it until it stops being fun, which looks like never frankly xD

Super busy week, so busy that we barely had time to even do this episode, but we got it done! We talk about Tomb Raider's 25th anniversary celebration among other bits of news and, of course, we talk about the news dominating social and broadcast media: Gamestop stock skyrocketing to absurd levels! Thank you for making 21 episodes of this show possible, we have so much fun recording and would love to be able to do this for a long while.
