Benson Henderson is an American former professional mixed martial artist, who most recently competed in the Lightweight division for Bellator MMA. He is a former UFC Lightweight Champion and WEC Lightweight Champion.

Hello! I am a practitioner of martial arts, primarily WT style Taekwondo (aka Olympic style) since 1996. I began instructing martial arts in 2004 while in college and, after graduating, transitioned to teaching full time. Eventually I opened my own dojang and became the owner of Hwarang Martial arts in 2012. I am a certified 4th Degree (dan) black belt in Taekwondo and recognized as a 'master' by the WT headquarters in Seoul, Korea, The Kukkiwon.

About Eddie Abasolo

Although American striking ace Eddie “Silky Smooth” Abasolo’s father was a respected fighter from Vallejo, California, the oldest sibling of five didn’t start training in Muay Thai until after a stint in baseball and basketball.

Once Abasolo finally did slide on a pair of training gloves, he was magnetized to the sport and soon started competing locally. It wouldn’t be long before he developed a name for himself nationally, where he competed for some of North America’s more established promotions.

His popularity caught the attention of ONE Championship in November 2022, and he debuted against stiff competition in Liam Nolan.
