So I love this song particularly because it's talks and encourages greatness. If you take a look at my bio, you will see that I put up something like: "I believe in changing the world". Yes, it cant happen when we fold our hands and keep watching things go the way we don't like.

Something keeps calling us into achieving these things, but many times we are scared of the distance and so we seem not to go, for some, it's not their fault ohh, because they don't even hear the voice calling them and saying to them to launch into the deep.

So this song was sung when Moana actually was leaving home for a mission that seemed very impossible because she had to cross a border line that nobody from her village ever Crosses and you know she had no choice because the waters had already chosen her from the womb to be the one to save her village from the calamity that a God it them.

Hello great people of OPEN MIC. I am @aowilson and i am super excited to share another song with you this week. This Hive Open Mic week 138. I hope you enjoy this one. The title is FATHER OF SPIRITS by THEOPHILUS SUNDAY. The theme says Holy Spirit Fill me and I decided to sing about the power of the Holy Spirit because He has to fill us with His power to work His power. but first permit me because I want to give a shout-out to my boss and mentor on hive @ovey10, respect sir 🫡🫡🫡

The song shows and talks about the sovereign power and dominion of God's spirit. It shows his supreme power and majesty. No evil stands or endures before him without bowing. The Lord is that spirit and where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty, liberty here entails freedom to do his will and his will alone, so every spirit that does dictates anything that goes contrary to him will bow down. It is actually liberty for we his people but not for them spirits.

The invisible one that works things in the hidden but manifest in the physical, so he works in us and let's it show to the world. He is life at work in us, power of the age at work in us, he is the Lord , he is the king, he reigns from our inside, he judges the world throu us by working his righteousness in us and working it out through us. I am his workmanship.

Just in case you don't have a relationship with the holy Spirit, please desire one because it's perfect. It is soothing and good and peaceful too.

Because personally this song has really blessed me and made me to really meditate so deeply. It is so serene and calm, believe me, I did it faster than the original song. I wish I could have added the spoken word part.

It's just a heart cry and confession to God that we want to be in sync with him at all times because that's how it is supposed to be. Once you begin to try to do things on your own, outside the will of God, you will regret it ohh.

This song actually came out when I was in NYSC camp and was in the midst of whether to influence my posting or not. To cut the long story short, I yielded to God through the ministry of this song and right now, I am in full assurance that I am in the perfect will of God for my life. Story for another day.

But I just want to let you know that God's will may not be sweet atimes and always look like it's nothing until you enter you will see the green pastures. Oh my God.

So I love this song particularly because it's a simple one and I am a lover of simple songs. Though simple, it is deep and very meaningful.

Kings have reign on the earth, powerful people have walked on the face of the earth, different kingdoms have established and ruled, different world power have risen and taken dominance over s much as they could. But they all did so for a while and fade away. They didn't last. Because only Yeshua reigns forever.

The kingdom of darkness seems to look like it's prevailing over the kingdom of light but they are not. We belong to a kingdom that is not limited, that cannot be stopped. The read sea could not hold us, the mouth of lions couldn't stop us, the gates of hell can never stop us!!!!

I have come in the volume of the book is a confession by Jesus Christ our Savior professing that he is not here by himself but to do the will of the father. Every Christian must make this same confession too. Because Jesus said we must take our crosses and following him. Everything he does, we must also emulate and do the same.

So as we go through the fresh month, seek to know what he wants you to do, what he has written concerning you, so that you man do it and please him, so that you will make him happy. This is reasonable for of worship. Accepted by God.

It's not enough to just say it, I think chanting does a big deal to the soul and so what I would explore us to do t this point is to chant the last part of the song together : I will do your will, do your will, do your will oh God. I actually love this art the most because it resonates my whole being and gives me this peace and joy. I hope it does same thing to you too as you join me to sing.

I want to specially thank the community for it's love and encouragement, my appearance on the weekly example has been a real encouraging experience to my music journey. Honestly I am humbled by this.

This song does so much to my soul. It resonates within me so strongly whenever I sing it. Just got chills going down my spine. It always puts me in a state of complete focus on one on the throne.

God enjoys fragrance of worship that resonates from within our hearts. God seeks true worshipers that worship in truth and spirit. Every song has fragrance but not every fragrance is acceptable to God. Every word releases fragrance but not every fragrance is acceptable to God. So we gat to be careful.

Let the fragrance of our worship come from a true and honest heart. Remember the Lord seeks true worshipers that worship in truth and spirit. That is the kind of fragrance. Songs like this, I believe were birthed from the perfect humble position of brokenness.

Songs like this break me and helps me to see God as he is. The perfect picture that he is and from there, I release my worship, I release my fragrance, sweet fragrance.

Can you believe that, this song was impressed in my heart because last week, at the morning devotion at NCCF family house, this song was raised by the worship leader and it came with this soothing freshness. I wanted to sing it as my entry for the week and behold, I saw the admins post it.

Y'all know I love simple and straightforward songs with very simple lyrics, and this song is a perfect example of the songs I love. Simple lyrics but deep. Heaven is a place where we would just be chanting and chanting praise and worship to our God. It is seen all over scriptures.

You are Yahweh, you are Yahweh. Chanting and calling him his name in spirit and truth. This song portray worship to the great I am and his mighty name. I feel like am in heaven already as I play this beautiful song.

Hello guys, wonderful family of hive open mic, it's your favorite guitarist @aowilson and this new week of hive open mic 265 I will be sharing a song with you. A song I wrote. I personally felt like to share this song right from last week, I didn't even know it will align with the theme of the week. Through the rain - the theme of this week.

So I want you to picture it like this. Sanctification and transformation occurs when you pass THROUGH THE RAIN of Jesus' mercy and compassion, then you arrive into the safe and secret place where you love God expressly. There is no other way, you must pass through the rain. Sometimes the rain may be hard, but you gats to pass through it.

The song suggests a deep confession of love to God. And yes, a diety can be loved, a diety can receive feelings, gone are the days where God is to be feared, now we can draw near to him in boldness and confidence.
