Employee theft is a big thing in retail. I've seen many people get arrested. I've known people who told me after we no longer worked there that they were stealing the entire time and never got caught. One guy told me he would bury stuff behind the building right after the truck with supplies arrived. He was out there burying digital cameras and hard drives, coming back to get them later like he a Squirrel. I know I've heard about employees stealing way more than customers.
