A long time ago. About 10 years ago I worked in retail and I had the worst manager in the universe. He was unfair, incompetent and racist. This was a horrible time in my life but thinking back its hilarious. Got to keep laughing and enjoying life. Thank God in Heaven I no longer worked in that place. That place was nothing but trouble . It did provide thousands of funny stories. This was the worst manager I've ever had! This is a small list why he was the worst.

●He just sat in his office all day long having meetings with assistant managers the majority of the day. The other half of the day he was having meetings with the associates. WE WORKED IN RETAIL!!! There was no need for any meetings! Definitely not 10 + a day. We would be talking about absolutely nothing. I remember he was just bring back there and ask me a stupid question like," So what's going on?". Him and I should have been in the sales floor working or helping customers, but instead we were in the office have a stupid meeting about nothing. That was a long way of saying he was a lazy punk.

● I was sure he was racist. His first day as manager he brings me in the office to tell me he's not racist. He said his family was racist and at his last job he got in trouble for saying something racist, but he wasn't racist. Then said, he plays basketball with black guys in the park on Saturdays! The entire time I'm thinking " Why are you telling me any of this, I was working minding my business. Now I'm in here with some psycho racist manager. That was our first interaction. He also said one of his cousins were in a interracial relationship and a family member threw a molotov cocktail through there house window. I think it was him that threw it.

●He constantly harassed me. I was in his office 3 days a week for nothing. He would bring me in the office 3 times a week to ask stupid questions like " Hows it going " or " Is everything ok" . I got written up for being 3 minutes late and 2 minutes late before. He tried to write me up for not saying goodbye. He wrote me up for having on white socks. He wrote me up for having on a white tshirt.

● He fired all employees who had been there over 9 years . He told me he can hire 2 part time employees for less than what he was paying them.

● He fired all the assailant managers when he first got hired and hired all his friends.

That's just a small list of reasons he was the worst manager, the entire list is much bigger and worse.

I have the ultimate respect for people who are unafraid to speak in front of large crowds of people. I think that is a talent in itself. Public speaking and performing in public is scary. Everyone can't do it. You might think you can, but it takes a certain kind of individual. There are many people who are unafraid to speak in public, but there are way more who are scared to speak in public.

Maybe Sometime NBA Players Do Want To Fight. After seeing Russell Westbrook all bloody the other night, it made me think that about NBA players really losing their temper. I don't like any of it personally, but sometimes when something overboard happens, people blackout. Especially when their bleeding from the face. I'm really surprised this doesn't happen more often, it's not like they wear facemask.
