In this episode, we continue our verse by verse study of the Book of Romans. We cover the faith of Abraham, and how Paul looks at the Justification of Abraham as evidence that he was Justified by faith "apart" from works. We look in detail at Genesis 15 and the promise made to Abraham and the covenant God entered into with him.

In this installment of our "Mining the Treasures" series, we look at a section from the works of John Owen entitled "Meditations on the Person of Christ". Owen walks through God's will and what he has chosen to reveal to us. He also walks through the possibility of knowing the incomprehensible God and natural theology. This reading has a lot of relevance in the current debate amongst reformed baptists regarding the Thomas Aquinas and the possibility of natural theology, but we only got through a few pages! Enjoy.

In this episode, I post the audio where I appeared on the Faith Unaltered channel. It was a discussion regarding the doctrine of Justification. Father John Whiteford was the other guest, who is an Eastern Orthodox priest. We covered two scriptures, Romans 3 and James 2. It was an interesting and enlightening conversation.

Dr. White asked "What is biblicism according to Dr. Barrett? Well, I recently purchased Dr. Barrett's new book and while reading came across a page where he defines biblicism in 6 points. We go over this definition and conclude that Dr. White is NOT a biblicist, but do admit that many in Big Eva are.
