    Full Time I.P.A.
In three words: Hoppy, fruity, bold.
It's our newest full time brand, which is where we got the name!
Tasting notes: Full Time I.P.A. pours hazy deep gold with a dense white foam. Aromas of citrus, tropical fruit and pine abound. The flavour mirrors the aroma impressions with pronounced juicy fruit. A balanced bitterness underpins the flavour. This medium bodied ale finishes dry with lingering hop and fruit notes.
    Lug Tread
In three words: Crisp, balanced, refreshing.
Lug Tread is a lagered ale (a term we coined!), it's top-fermented like an ale, and cold-aged like a lager. It's been our flagship brand since we opened in 2006. As of 2017, it's now available in 355ml cans for the first time. It's won more than 20 awards.
Tasting notes: Lug-Tread pours a brilliantly clear straw gold, with rocky white foam. A Graham cracker malt character mingles with notes of freshly cut hay and a subtle touch of apple. Sweet, grainy malt is followed by balanced hop bitterness, and the finish is clean and dry.

  • #147 Andrew Novosky
Andrew Novosky is a concert pianist that from a very early age wanted and worked towards a career in concert piano. Like any art form, the competition is fierce and chance of success is slim. Andrew met those challenges head on and used his training to teach and learn the very difficult task of being a piano technician. He also teaches very high-end students the art of piano and all of its range. Andrew works at York University as their piano Tech and that's where we first met. A great conversationalist and a great person.

  • #144 Kayt Lucas
Kayt Lucas is a singer, song writer based in Toronto. Kayt and I met over 20 years ago when I first moved to Toronto. Kayt originally specialized in modern dance but has also branched into music. Kayt has always been an artistic person and has created a cool scene of musicians who work and play together. Her band has been around for about ten years and she's gearing up to release and new album. Kayt is also very involved in the open mic scene in Toronto and started a website that allows folks to communicate with each other in where the cool place to be is and the talk about good and bad places to meet up.

  • #143 Scotty Newlands
Scotty Newlands is an accomplished singer, stage & screen actor and is the main anthem singer for the Toronto Rock lacrosse team. Scotty was also known as the singing soldier and sang the anthem at Toronto Maple Leaf games. I met Scotty while mixing a musical for a week and he was the stand out actor in the cast of 30 +. Also Scotty is very humble and gracious and professional. That's the main reason why he's on my show. He is a true Canadian working musician and a great person to talk to. Thanks for doing the show Scotty!

  • #142 Kyle Gordon Stanley
Kyle is a regular guest on the show and is always a great chat. Although this time, he made an even better listener. I kind of took over the conversation. In the podcast we spoke about things like, would we eat each other if we were in a plane wreck in the mountains. Would we want to live in a world where all the lights were turn off? I told a pretty neat story about being ripped off by a washed up 90's power couple too.
Thanks to Kyle for being on the show and thanks to all you listeners out there that download the show and appreciate the ramblings of a middle-aged somewhat jaded person.. I'm talking about myself BTW.

  • #141 David Chester of Chalet Studios
David Chester opened Chalet Studios 32 years ago on a property of 40 acres in Claremont, Ontario. Since then, David has worked at keeping up to date with gear and trends that constantly change year to year by offering a location based recording experience. David based his business model on Le Studio's in Morin Heights Quebec. Offer a great location to make a great album. A location that was far enough away from the big city, but close enough for bands to come to. Over the years, David has expanded the business to offer a B&B service as well as corporate team building get togethers. We got together to chat and catch up. David is a mentor to me as he put a fire in my belly to get out there and record music. A nice conversation!! thanks David!

  • #140 Dave Statham
Dave Statham is a professional singer and entertainer. Dave came up through the Oshawa punk rock/ metal scene and as a kid, always sang jazz standards. After 20 plus years singing in clubs and ships world-wide, Dave has gained a wide knowledge of how his voice works. He has since discovered that a life time of stiffness in his joints has gone away with stretching and healthy living. It also has helped his voice even more!
