In recognition of collectively arriving where we have, living through the experiences of this last year. We thought sharing a rebroadcast of this episode, would be appropriate. One of our favorites and most listened to! The original airdate was October 7, 2020. Enjoy!
Welcome, Moon Minnjas! In this episode, we explore the topic of Light: what it means to embrace our own light within and the empowerment we can find through the process. We talk about dualism, polarity, and the extremism felt in our collective world today. These themes connect to our own personal stories related to Yoga and how our practice has transformed our connection to self. We dive deep into discoveries about Angels, the art of Lithophanes, and our crystal of the week, Lodolite (Garden Quartz, Shaman Stone). Hey Moon Minnjas!!
Jessie and Mary are back this week, filled to the brim with gratitude! Feeling the good kind of exhausted, we sit down for another beautiful, Sunday chat, on the heels of our second Apostrophe Soul Pop-up Live Sale that occurred the night before, on Saturday. So grateful for its success!
In this episode, we introduce the concept of manifestation and tips on how to apply it within your own life in simple terms.
How finding your own groove and staying with a practice plays a key role in getting clear on what your true desires are. How being intentional and slowing down can bring a feeling of restoration, in turn, creating the ability to hold the energy for more.
We discuss the importance of exploring your own curiosity, doing what you want, and the idea of trying new things, that may or may not be your purpose. By doing this, you may find it to be the key to ushering in the abundance you are seeking.
So, grab your mug of something warm and delicious and join us for this soulful chat!

Welcome back for another beautiful Soulful Sunday sit down with Jessie and Mary!
In today's episode, we really go deep into the ideas of connecting to your own heart, the intelligence of your heart, how it has its own way of communicating to you, and recognizing and exploring its electromagnetic field.
We talk about how trusting, releasing control and surrendering may usher in a new kind of flow into daily life. When we pay attention to certain things in the mundane, we see things that keep us encouraged when we might otherwise feel lost or complacent.
We discuss what miracles really mean.
Maintaining creative energy, staying inflow, and how the convergent bi-product occurs when combining the pragmatic and spiritual together into everyday living.
Jessie tells us all about her fun adventure following her heart to find the bison amongst the knee-deep snow in eastern Indiana!
Mary tells us about her adventure(and scary action) of being interviewed for the first time on another podcast and her new endeavor, becoming a meditation coach!
We also chat about where we acquire our crystals from.
Such an interesting and cozy conversation as always!!

This episode was so much fun!! We sat down for another beautiful Soulful Sunday conversation together. We are loving feeling the cozy, calming, weekend vibes within these midwinter chats! We go inward and deep as we chat about harmony and the delicate balance between being in flow, following our inward voice and the structure of daily life.
We discuss a favorite tool we both have come to love, the technology of Kundalini Yoga. How it has upleveled our lives and brought healing on a physical level, a mental and emotional spectrum for both of us. How working with this incredible yoga has brought understanding on how all parts of our being are interconnected. And its gift of bringing confidence and the idea of embodiment into our lives. Believing that we can feel a certain way after we achieve a specific goal and bringing that feeling into the present. Thus, attracting in that very reality! Fascinating!!
We also talk about the power of forgiveness. Most importantly forgiving ourselves frequently. Forgiveness is meant for us and we are worthy to be forgiven.
Grab a cup of some warm goodness, cozy up and join us for this beautiful Soul-Filled Sunday Chat!!

Triggering the parasympathetic system, protecting our ways of rest and improving how we are able to rejuvenate ourselves by having a nightly routine. Moon Minnjas, we are in the flow-- creating all kinds of art and gifts for the holiday season!
We will be back next week with a new full episode, in celebration and reflection of the holidays. But, for this week, we thought it would be worth it to revisit our third episode, where we discuss how to navigate anxiety. In the midst of a global pandemic and holiday season like no other, this topic feels especially relevant.
This episode originally aired on September 23rd, in the fall. The description is as follows:
**************
In this week's episode, we tackle the sensitive subject of Anxiety: defining it, understanding it, and working with it. We discuss how we manage this energy and our mindset surrounding it on a daily basis. By tuning in to our internal guidance system, we can learn to navigate uncertainty by expanding our awareness through practices like meditation, movement, and mindfulness. We share new journal prompts, explore a little Viking history, learn about the magnificent mineral, Calcite, and present this week's questions to Papa Merlin.
