In the season two finale we venture to the world famous Appalachian Trail. Join me (Sam) and special guest Mandi as we read first-hand accounts of haunts and horrors from hikers who have traversed the trail, and try to sort out whether we think they are fact or if they are fiction. We discuss everything from ghost fog to murderers who stalked hikers along the trail, and trust us, you don't want to miss it!

Let's take a little trip down to the Blue Ridge Mountains, to investigate the ghosts of the Biltmore Estate. Is George Vanderbilt still lingering in his library on stormy nights (and days)? Is his wife, Edith, still roaming the house in search of her husband? What about the ghostly child who splashes in the long empty pool, or giggles at visitors from inside the drains? In this weeks episode we travel just outside of Appalachia to the other side of Kentucky to visit Waverly Hills. We cover both my, and guest MJ Kerr's, personal experiences during our overnight paranormal investigation at the iconic haunted hot spot in October of 2021. We delve a little into the history of Waverly, the epidemic that saw the building rise above the city of Louisville, and what residents may have stayed behind. We discuss our fear of the first floor, a screaming match with a possible murderer on floor five, and the thing I saw that not only terrified me, but that completely confirmed my beliefs that the paranormal does exist. Join us on this adventure, but also be aware that there is some heavy adult language in this episode.
