Fabian Garza was born and raised in Monclovas, Mexico and moved to the USA as a boy. In 2016 he gambled everything on a dream and walked away from a successful career. With a loan from his father, and with the full support of his wife, he took the leap on opening his own family catering business in Dallas TX. He named the new company after his hometown. In a short time, Monclovas Catering has become one of the highest rated wedding and corporate caterers in the area. Alina is a competitive pole dancer who has won several competitions. Before her first pole dance class, she couldn't do a single sit-up nor pull up. Just three months later she was able to incorporate an air walk at her first competition. Michael and James decide what type of pole would suit them.
