It's a new year, it's Capricorn season, and I have a new podcast format! How are you aligning more to your passions and purpose? Today I interview my friend Sheila for my astrology podcast. She is a NICU nurse, has four planets in Scorpio in the house of Scorpio, and is an awesome representation of Scorpio energy! We dive deep into Sheila's life, talking about Scorpio traits and circumstances she's found herself in based on her energy. Scorpio is the sign of the scorpion and the Phoenix, rising from the ashes of intense situations. When looking at Sheila's birth chart, we even discover an interesting medical astrology characteristic that just may explain her illness she's discovered. Thanks for being on my podcast, Sheila! Libras most often operate from their heart centers, being people-pleasers and wanting to give so much of themselves and advocate for others, which my friends very much do, and I explain how I and many others appreciate their love and friendship so much in this area. In part 1, we explore the strengths and weaknesses of the sign. This episode has two parts because of how much conversation Helene, Katey, and I ended up having about Libra and their charts. Hi! Welcome to energy talks with Miss Bri. Today I talk about the different meditation tools I use and how I use them to help regulate my highly sensitive experience. In my latest episode of Astrology interviews, I interview my friend and coworker I met while living in Arizona: Eden! Today on Energy Talks with Miss Bri I talk about the concept of mirror work, something I've used on my journey to start consciously creating my life. I hear a lot of questions about what emotional work is and how to identify what it is you need to consciously work on or change, in my opinion, it's basically self-awareness, identifying patterns and themes, and noticing how everyone around you reflects back to you what your problems are.
