Catlin joins me for a chat about her apprenticeship so far. Her journey away from nursing and following her goals and aims into the electrical industry. Caitlin has lots of drive and ambition following in the family footsteps working in the trades. She gives insight to her college and training officer visits along with discussing entering the trade as a female.
