Over the weekend, in Canada, a bus carrying a hockey team crashed leaving 15 of their players deceased. In a tribute in St. Louis to the lost players and coaches of that horrific crash, folks are leaving their hockey sticks sitting outside.  Next, Ryan discusses recent comments made by Mark McGuire saying “he could have hit 70 homeruns without the use of performance enhancing drugs.”  Ryan calls this bunk and says there is a reason they are called performance enhancing.  After that, Ryan brings us a story from Shelbyville, Illinois about teenagers who volunteered their time to clean up a cemetery.  Do you live in St. Charles County?  If so, you might have had someone knocking on your door recently.  Ryan shares that those knocks are coming from people who are going door-to-door to get enough signatures to put a smoking ban on the ballot in November.
