This week, we discuss naval warfare in WW1. It’s not exactly a Ken Burns documentary, so temper your expectations.

I’m also going to throw a trigger warning on this one. While our story is (thankfully) pretty uneventful, it is still a serious topic, as there is discussion of being followed while walking alone at night.

This week, everyone was doing stuff with swords! Salsa was swallowing them, and James and Jena were encouraging kids to fight with them.

(Side note: Yes, I know it’s “Ghent”, not “Gault”. Even as I was saying it, I knew it was wrong, but in the moment I just couldn’t think of what the right word was.)

This week, Salsa went to the hospital (planned), James went to the hospital (unplanned), and Jena was… not here. (She wasn’t at the hospital either, don’t worry.) But that’s ok, because Rian Vellichor joins us, so you won’t even notice Jena is gone. I mean, if you aren’t paying attention. Otherwise you might. Maybe just pretend I didn’t say that last part.
