Our lead story: as happens every November 8th, a number of locations across the country honoured Indigenous veterans yesterday, to acknowledge the contributions made by First Nations, Métis and Inuit people who served in Canada’s armed forces, and to recognize how these contributions have often gone unnoticed and underappreciated by the government and Canadians alike.
