This year promises to be a year of huge shifts. I wrote an article about the major changes taking place Astrologically on my Substack which you can subscribe to here.

3. The Conscious Mind: Minor Arcana 10 Swords: Ruin

4. The Unconscious Mind: Major Arcana 5: The Hierophant (reversed)

5. What we are leaving behind: Emperor (reversed)

6. Where we are headed: 5 Disks: Worry (reversed)

7. The Self: 6 Swords: Science (reversed)

8. What is facing the self: Queen of Swords (reversed)

9. Hope and Fear: 8 Swords: Interference

10. Key: Prince of Disks (reversed)

This was a powerful reading that reflected Masculine/Feminine dynamics, mental pitfalls, The nervous system freeze response, as well as tools to counter-balance functional freeze: getting into a practice of integrated action and movement.

*Note: It's time to integrate the body/mind, the masculine/feminine. No longer can we act as a non-unified self. Integration is key this year and beyond.

This episode is about a new term called "high functioning codependency" coined by psychotherapist, ⁠Terri Cole⁠. Her new, updated version of the concept of codependency is a breath of fresh air, asking each of us to really get back in our own lane and focus on our own path, instead of trying to control ourselves or anyone else.

If applied, this concept would put most of us into recovery, as the tendency to control the world and the people around us is so pervasive.

I love how smart and precise she is about mapping out what this would look like and how it really does benefit everyone.

This podcast is my take on her new approach, with some commentary on global implications (oh my!).

Our problems are not as complex as they seem. Our distress results from an imbalance in our body system, using the diagnostics of the five element system (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Either) in Ayurveda.

We can see in a birth chart which elements dominate our nature, and where we have an unequal distribution, causing us suffering and pain.

This is just a short episode to appraise you of the transits happening on this special Solstice/Full Moon week!

It's a time of celebration as we move into the height of summer. The full moon in Capricorn follows on the 21st. It's a bright moment.
