Sensitivity is a key aspect of being human. It's what makes us feel alive, be able to connect with each other and the world around us, to care deeply, and to have truly magical experiences.
Disowning this aspect of ourselves leads to depression, burnout, hopelessness, feeling jaded, and negative projections onto other people.
