He suggests a number of policies and initiatives that could improve life for disabled persons with regards to employment and civil rights. The recent “revolution in education,” and what that may mean for disabled students, also gets a mention. Matthew recognizes that accessibility and the provision of ramps has improved over the last few years but emphasizes that there is still some room for improvement.
