-Cool Factor: how cool are they? Are they respected for their intelligence in the universe?

Understandability; is the power system easy to understand? Is it too complex/too simple?

Destructive potential: how destructive are the individuals that utilize the powers (city, continent, planet, etc.)?

Cool factor: how appealing is the power system? What is the process of obtaining the power?
