Paul Halpern is a professor of physics at Saint Joseph's University, and he has a book coming out in January called “The Allure of the Multiverse”, where he takes a scientific approach to the concept of parallel universes. He says some scientists believe it is possible, and he joins us to explain how, what that could look like, whether there could even be other intelligent life forms out there, and why people are so fascinated by the multiverse in the first place.
