The seventh episode in an eight part series, exploring the impact of mental health since COVID-19 began.
In this episode, we speak to Savannah Blake of https://earthandwater.co/ who helps us understand how to bring mindfulness into our everyday lives to better cope with the current situation. We look at two studies looking at the impact of COVID on mental health in different age groups and areas. Savannah teaches us some methods that might help everyone currently in lockdown.
We decided to release a bonus episode while we record our next episode on mental health.
We've been doing a lot of research into studies around the concept of time during COVID and language progression of terms.
In the first part of this episode we look at studies that indicate how people are feeling with the construct of time during lockdown.
In the second part of the episode we look at how language is used to convey messages and understanding during these times.
The sixth episode in an eight part series, exploring the impact of lockdown on introverts and extroverts since COVID-19 began.
In this episode, we look at two studies exploring how lockdown has effected those with tendencies of an introverted personality vs an extroverted personality, and the results might surprise you.
Part two of the fifth episode in an eight part series, exploring the probability of social unrest of COVID-19.
Returning from episode 1 we have Joshua Longbrook of the Our Foundations podcast. This is a two part episode due to the length of the interview. In this second part we pick up after the conversation of the protest and look at the broader spectrum of general disobedience and how this will evolve over time. We look at examples we've already seen and how attitudes are shifting as time moves on.

Returning from episode 1 we have Joshua Longbrook of the Our Foundations podcast. This was an episode we planned to have in the schedule and we were going to focus on the social impacts of COVID and what it might lead to. However, with recent events in America surrounding George Floyd and BLM, we felt it was only right to discuss this matter but also look at it from a COVID standpoint.
This is a two part episode due to the length of the interview we want to make sure the messages of both parts are clear, please spread awareness, support and information. Also, please find below links to donate to some amazing causes.

Then we look at this anti-productivity movement and explore why this is just as damaging as the productivity guilt culture.
The third episode in an eight-part series, exploring the Government measures implemented in some of the hardest hit areas.
In this episode, we speak to Chiara, who lives in Italy, one of the hardest hit areas in Europe and Kal, who is living in New York, the first major epicenter in the US.
