09/18/24: Joel brings two voices on "News and Views," one that is for, and one that is against Measure 4. Measure 4 essentially would eliminate property taxes in the state of North Dakota. Robert Harms is against the measure, and Rick Becker is a strong supporter of it.

Robert Harms worked as an attorney and was the counsel and a legislative analyst for Republican governors Ed Schafer and John Hoeven. He served as the Republican Party chair from 2010 to 2015. Dr. Rick Becker is the chair of the property tax initiative’s sponsoring committee and is a former North Dakota State Representative.
