Attorney Eddy Laguerre is from Cap-Haitien, Haiti. He currently lives in Tallahassee, Florida. Mr. Laguerre is the owner and managing attorney of Laguerre Law Firm, PLLC, a Haitian-American law firm specializing in Wills and Probate Law, Haitian Law, and Immigration law.

Mr. Laguerre is an attorney who is licensed to practice law both in the US and in Haiti. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Port-a-Prince Bar. He is also admitted to practice in the federal court of the Southern District of Florida.

Attorney Laguerre is a former state prosecutor for the Florida Division of Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes. In that role, he represented the state of Florida in prosecuting condominium associations in Florida who failed to comply with state laws. He also participated in drafting and analyzing new bills aimed at updating the laws regulating condominium properties in Florida, especially in the wake of the tragic collapse of the Surfside Condominium in Miami, Florida in 2021.

Attorney Laguerre frequently intervenes in the media, both in Haiti and in the US, addressing hot legal topics. His legal opinions have been published by the Voice of America, Radio Tele Caraibes in Haiti, and journal Le Nouvelliste.

Mr. Laguerre is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Tallahassee Bar Association, and the Haitian Lawyers Association.

Mr. Junior Brice Vincent is a Television Producer in South Florida, currently producing for beIN Sports Television. Mr. Vincent is also a Freelancer with Fubo TV and Vista TV. In 2016, he traveled to France to cover the FIFA World Cup. Last year, he lived in Qatar to cover the 2022 World Cup for a total of 43 days. Mr. Vincent is an advocate and activist for Haiti for sports and social issues.
