Josh Frape works for the Rugby Players Association as the Transition Manager, supporting players leaving the game and into their next career. Josh was a former professional rugby player at Gloucester before retiring early through a knee injury.

He has first-hand experience of what it is like to transition away from the game and the challenges it can bring. The RPA is the players union that supports, guides and advices professional rugby players in their career. Part of this is done through the Personal Development Program that is in place to develop them personally and professionally, preparing them for when they stop playing.

Louise Jenner, has been responsible for the sale of millions of pounds worth of products and services during a long management career in hospitality, manufacturing and retail. Products including everything from frozen desserts to furniture via animal feed, rainbow trout and doughnuts! 

 She became the first female salesperson for dfs furniture in 1996 and then their first female manager 2 years later running a variety of stores with turnovers in excess of £10 million pounds per year.

5 years ago, she made the overnight decision to quit the furniture trade after 17 years when a tree fell on her head in Prague! 

 She's now known as The Dream Job Coach and The Dream Biz Coach and  her mission is to help her clients move from frustration to fulfilment in their professional lives.
