In June 2018, Dublin born Fiona Burke bought Beaumont House, leaving the bright lights of London and embarking on a completely new career in Cheltenham following 20 years in the oil industry. Fiona was educated in Ireland, graduating in 1997 with a Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies from the University College of Dublin, and in 1998 with postgraduate marketing diploma from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Fiona has a toddler, two year old Willow, after whom her company has been named.

David Bryan

David Bryan is an organisation development consultant, a coach, facilitator and trainer. He works across the voluntary and public sector on a variety of issues, from the cultural industries and governance, to collaborations, enterprise and organisation change. David's first venture was a bookshop in 1973 that specialised in Black literature and he went on to organise the first Black Book fair in the UK. He later became one of the first Black directors of an art and community centre – Brixton Village. He later developed – The Black Comedy Club, touring venues around the country, creating a market for others to develop. He produced theatre and music festivals at Greenwich Theatre, Commonwealth Institute and elsewhere. He set up a charity OnyxArt Foundation and as it's executive chair, produced 3 successive seasons of sold out performances of Black contemporary dance at the London South Bank Centre. He continues to be a consultant and became a member of the National Council of Arts Council England in 2012. He is a governor of Dunraven School; Chair of Oval House; Chair of Voluntary Arts and Chair of Serendipity.

Keith Kinsella has been studying the practice of leadership in a variety of roles as engineer, manager, HR specialist, consultant, change facilitator/coach, and researcher - with clients ranging from the BBC to individual students studying the MA in Leadership at Exeter Business School.

In contrast to the dominant focus on leadership as being about individual behaviour, he has been exploring the usefulness of a more dynamic and systemic perspective, in which leadership is viewed [and developed] as something that emerges in particular situations and times i.e. is more a temporary product of a complex and varied system of influences alive in a local context, than what one person does to/with others.

He continues to think and write about developing this new way of appreciating and engaging in leadership. He was awarded his PhD from Bath University in 2012 and has been an Associate of the Taos Institute since 2015.

Mechanikool has been a student of the street dance art form known as Popping (Body Popping). He has been practising this style for 19 years so far and is still active as far as studying the style and teaching it to others.

He is very passionate about teaching, mentoring and coaching. This has manifested through his work as a mentor in inner city London schools, a youth worker in East London youth clubs and a play working in projects in West London. As an active member of the street dance community, mechanikool has a reputation for his ability to teach many students young and old. His highest profile students being Diversity (winners of BGT 2009)

Mechanikool was UK popping champion in 2009 & 2011. He has also won many other respected street dance competitions.

Other interests include learning about communities and understanding value systems of individuals and groups, youth issues, mental health etc. Mechanikool will be venturing into new avenues that will allow him to explore these interests.

Shea discovered her passion and talent for selling whilst working in the family business. This is where she learned how connecting with the buyer creates results. Her career outside of the family started as a door to door sales person selling Cable phone and television services to the consumer. Against all odds in a male dominated world Shea became the most successful field sales woman they have ever had and consistently achieved rewards as a top performer in the company. Shea now has over 20 years of Sales and Sales Training experience including, B2C, B2B, Field, Retail, and Telephone.

She is CIPD qualified, a Fellow of ISMM and a certified business practitioner in NLP. Holds an NEB management certificate, has built and runs a sales and management training business now 10 years old, a side line hospitality business and has a growing YouTube channel dedicated to helping sales professionals with everything from Cold Calling to Negotiating. The latest achievement for Shea is winning not one but 3 publishing contracts from UK and international publishers for her first book about selling: 'wise me up to cold calling"
