In this very special episode, I will read five chapters (!) of my new book  '100 Ways to speak of love - How to say I love you without actually saying I love you.'  In our busy everyday lives, we let 'personal development' focus on productivity and our careers, yet pick up ideas about relationships we don't fully question. When do we actually critically engage with these ideas, recognise which do not serve us and let go of those? Let's create space for our own intuition. Let's create a language of love that empowers us, instead of restricting us. Let's recognise love in all words and gestures we receive and gift. I truly hope this episode inspires you!

This episode is about the power of reflection. Taking the time to reflect will help you in getting a clearer view, setting your goals, and letting go of things that no longer serve you.  Writing and reflecting brings to paper what has been hiding inside without you being fully aware of it.  This process helps you to get doubts out of the way and take the next step towards your goals.

"How companies can authentically address racism - and why I find it hard to believe their cotton candy racism" This wasn't supposed to be the first episode. This project wasn't even supposed to be launched so soon. Sometimes, it is not about marketing figures or personal plans, it is about life and doing what is necessary. I felt like I needed space to address this issue, so I decided to share this podcast with you earlier from what I had planned. Let this be a space of growing, individually, and collectively.
