After a short summer vacay, we're back with your weekly dose of Armchair Gaffering! WE BACK BABY!!!

The only thing on the agenda is Euro 2020. We want to talk about other things but there's literally nothing else worth talking about.

The Euro's were hyped up a lot and with most things that are hyped up, they fail to live up to the billing... that hasn't been the case this time around.

The group stages were outstanding and the knockout games we've had so far have been phenomenal.

In this week's episode, we review the games that have taken place so far and as usual, go off on our typical tangents.

This is our first episode since the #Euro2020 kicked off and the main talking point is #England 1-0 win over #Croatia thanks to a trademark Raheem Sterling goal.

Many eyebrows were raised following Gareth Southgate's decision to play right footed Kieran Trippier at left back and to start an out of form #RaheemSterling. But there's a reason why Southgate is the England manager and we're not.

We also look at all the other games that had been played, including the much anticipated showdown between Austria and North Macedonia.

Episode 37 of Armchair Gaffers.

First and foremost, we address the events of the #ChampionsLeagueFinal between Manchester City and Chelsea. Chelsea were victorious thanks to a solitary Kai #Haverts goal. Was is a Tuchel Masterclass or was it another case of Pep overthinking things?

Secondly, we address the managerial chaos unfolding across Europe. All top five clubs in Germany have new or no manager. Two of the top four teams in Italy have new managers. #Zidane is gone. Koeman cloud go. Absolute madness!

Lastly, we look at a few of the key talking points from the squads that have been announced for the upcoming Euro 2020 tournament.

It's been a very entertaining season across the continent. Several leagues concluded just as we expected.

But, a few surprises were thrown up - especially in Italy and France.

The final day of the #PremierLeague is always a day to look forward to no matter who you support or what's up for grabs. And the 2020/21 season is no different.

The relegation places were pretty much spoken for months ago. The Champions were already champions, just waiting for their crown. There were just a few European places up for grabs.

We ran the rule over all the teams in division and gave our thoughts on their respective seasons.

We are back for our penultimate #PremierLeague matchweek review of the season. The Champions have been crowned and all the relegation places are spoken for, so, most teams have nothing to lay for and that probably explains why this weekend's fixtures were so entertaining.

We had a 7 goal thriller at St. Jame's Park where newly crowned champions #ManCity ran out 4-3 winners, Leeds put 4 beautiful goals past an "in form" Burnley and Alission Becker produced some heroics at the other end of the pitch for a change.

It's Tuesday morning and that means only one thing at Armchair Gaffers - Our weekly low budget flight across Europe to round up all the goings on in the continent.

Bayern Munich wrapped up their 9th Bundesliga title in style with a 6 - 0 thrashing of Monchengladbach. Lille look on course for their first Ligue 1 title in nearly 10 years, the race for la liga looks like it's going to go right down to the wire and Juve may be faced with Europa League football next season.

This week's Final 3rd - like all Final 3rd's before it, was totally unscripted and off the cuff (probably why the views are so low).

We jump in with a little chat about football DNA and if talent is hereditary.
