As is tradition during the international break, there's not much going on and therefore not much to talk about and were very close to taking a break this week ourselves but no! Come rain, sleet or snow we will find something for our loyal Armchair Gaffers.

#PremierLeague Matchweek 27 Review.

This week we were blessed with another entertaining North London Derby in which Arsenal came out on top. They looked the better side throughout and Tottenham did come alive until they were down to 10 men.

Manchester City continue to do Manchester City things and Leicester put FIVE past managerless Sheffield United.

#DerKlassiker was exactly what we expect when giants collide. BVB took an early two goal lead thanks to Earling "The Goden Boy" Haaland but Robert "The Ruler" Lewandowski had the last laugh with a hatrick to secure all three points for the Bavarians.

In Spain, Barca closed the gap to leaders Atletico to 3 points after their 2-0 win at Osassuna due to Real and Atleti playing out a 1-1 draw in Le Derby.

#PremierLeague match week27 round up!

Better late than never. Where else do we begin? Liverpool of course! Just when you thought things could not get any worse they somehow managed to lose 1-0 at home to Fulham. Anfield seems to be cursed at the moment. But it was good news for Scott Parker and Fulham who are ow level on points with Brighton.

We also look at the Manchester Derby. Most of us thought a City win was just a matter of by how much but Ole and United had other ideas. An early penalty converted my none other than Bruno put United in control and a sumptuous second half strike from Luke Shaw put the result beyond doubt for Ole's lot.

Elsewhere there were wins for Southampton, Leicester and Tottenham.

#LaLiga is back up for grabs. Yes, Atletico are still top with games in hand but their grip is loosening ever so slightly.

#Bundesliga is most definitely a two horse race at the top of the table - Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig charge on. BVB are far too inconsistent and too far behind to be considered serious contenders. However, they could influence the title race in the stand out fixture next week in Der Klassiker. How much is Jadon Sancho worth today?

#SerieA is ever so exciting. Juve seem to have shot themselves in the foot after drawing with Hellas Verona. AC Milan appear to be running out of steam, but did bag themselves an important 3 points away to Roma. Meanwhile, Inter go marching on under the guidance of Antonio Conte - with three former Man United players collecting all 3 points for the Nerazzurri. What can we say about #Lukaku that hasn't already been said? Is he getting better with age, with 18 league goals in 23 games?

In traditional "Final 3rd" fashion, we have no idea what's really going on so we let Scorcher take lead in this weeks segment.

He starts off with his customary, "I played with". This week, he asks us to name as many players as possible that played with both Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

We also look at a One2Watch - something that we have't done in forever.

Something new we thought we'd try this week is guess the celebration. it's exactly what it sounds like. Scorcher performs a celebration and we have to guess which player made it famous.

#PremierLeague Game Week 26 Review.

It did threaten to be a boring weekend of Premier League football after Saturday's less than exciting score lines, with only 7 goals being scored across the four games. Luckily though, Sunday's games came to the rescue. First of all and somewhat surprisingly, Arsenal came from a goal down away a Leicester to win 3-1. The bigger story though, is that Pepe AND Willian had decent games - but don't get carried away Gooners, it's only one game.

Tottenham then wiped the floor with burnley in a 4-0 drubbing. Gareth Bale was on song. Some people are saying this could be the rebirth of the prodigal Son.

Just when we thought Sunday couldn't get any better, up stepped Chelsea and Manchester United to completely ruin our Sunday when they served up their customary nil nil bore snoozefest of a draw. The less is said about this game the better.

Liverpool rounded off Sunday's action with what was in the end a routine win away at the Blades. Curtis Jones. We need to really start taking notice of the lad.

We take another low budget flight across Europe and summarise what's happened on the continent this week.

Inter came out on top in the Milan Derby thanks to goals from Lukaku and Lauturo Martinez and as a result are now top of Serie A by four points.

The title race in Spain could now be a three horse race after Atleti lost 2-0 at home to Levante, Barca drew 1-1 with Cadiz while Real Madrid scrapped past Real Valladolid 1-0.

In Germany, Bayern Munich still seem to be hungover from the WCC win and went down 2-1 at Eintracht Frankfurt. RB Leipzig moved to within two points fo the leaders with a 3-0 win over Hertha.
