Today, I have the pleasure of chatting with Karin Frost-Madrid of Mia's Botanicals! Karin is a Registered Aromatherapist based out of New Mexico, and the founder of Mia's Botanicals, which she keeps going with the help of her team of volunteers.

Karin shares how Mia's Botanicals started as a hobby that progressed into a passion, and how she balances running this business while still working her day job - including an amazing step that she took all by herself, but is a crucial piece of advice for anyone running a business!
