In this episode of Aromatic Chats, I get to talk with Paula Begel. Paula has been a certified aromatherapist since 2006, and incorporates essential oils into her massage practice. As a certified aromatherapist AND massage therapist, Paula not only supports her clients wellbeing, but also helps spas re-evaluate their aromatherapy practices to create a safer experience for both client and provider.
We get to dive into Paula's inspiration behind her formal education in essential oils, touch on sustainability, and discuss the difference between worth and value! She's currently excited about working smarter instead of harder, and sharing her knowledge and experience through education.
