In this week's episode, I have the pleasure of speaking with Yolanda Heath. Yolanda has been helping the moms and families of Paducah, KY stay healthy for over 30 years through a variety of modalities, including a brick and mortar store, background as a nurse, a clinical aromatherapist, and a naturopathic doctor.
Yolanda is an avid user of essential oils, knowing from personal experience that they can be used in almost every situation, with a positive effect. However, she believes that they should be integrated with other aspects of health as part of a protocol, to create an overall wellness approach. She received her certification in clinical aromatherapy from the Institute of Spiritual Healing & Aromatherapy.
