She has led STEM initiatives engaging up to 300,000 students annually and produced events attracting tens of thousands. Her experience includes roles at AROSE, Arludo, Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney, Fizzics Education and the University of Sydney.

Holly also co-founded TEDxParramatta, emphasizing strategic partnerships and community-focused events.
