    I spent some time with Akbar from American Ninja

    Warrior.  I love it when we can take the
    conversation into the realms of real life. 
    We talked about being guilty of judging a person’s performance at the
    start without realizing it’s not over until you cross the finish line.  Don’t write the story before it happens.  Learning to be more patient with those who
    are blessed with a lot of pride and spirit in the way of making claims on how
    they’re going to become one of the greatest of all times.  We tend to speak under our breath in the way
    of not believing in what they’re offering. 
    How often do we start our personal day labeling ourselves only to spend
    the next 23 hours trying to recover?

    Ninja Warrior" returns with the most elite athletes in the country
    competing on the world's most difficult obstacle courses. Hosts Matt

    episodes Monday nights at 8/7c on NBC with the finale on Sept 11th.
