  • Dwier Brown The Baseball Hall Of Dreams

In one of the most iconic

scenes in movie history, Kevin Costner, playing Ray Kinsella, is in a
Dyersville, Iowa cornfield and as the credits roll he is finally,
finally having that long-delayed soul-satisfying catch with his dad as
    "Field of Dreams" concludes.

    And now, exactly 35 years

after filming started on this beloved classic, as a thank you to the
townspeople of Dyersville, Iowa who continue to mean so much to him--
    actor Dwier Brown--who played Kevin Costner's dad--John Kinsella--is
welcoming one and all to his Baseball Hall of Dreams and The Baseball Building--which Dwier has created in Dyersville.

This small town in Iowa meant so much to a young actor that Dwier never forgot their kindness. Dwier's

affection is fueled in part by the fact that just before he arrived in
town to shoot the film he had unexpectedly lost his own dad.
Not only has he returned to the town many times over the years, but he
is now offering his own unique thank you to the people of
Dyersville--and the many visitors who, because Dwier built it, they will now come

  • Desi Rexx From D'Molls 777 Releases The Song Blue

    Lightning

just struck twice.  Desi Rexx’ former
bandmate, David Lee Roth, once said of him, “It’s a matter of style.”  It sure is, Dave, and Desi has done it
    again.

    Back

in the day, it was an undisputed fact:
D’MOLLS were D’ Kings of D’ Sunset Strip from the time they hit
    D’Mollywood.  Atlantic Records signed ‘em
to a 7-record deal three weeks after they hit town.  Nothin’ like ‘em.  Just ask C.C. DeVIlle, or Tracii Guns, or
Nikki Sixx, or any of the Metal Men that were clawing their way to fame.

    But

    there is something like ‘em.
    Something even better…  777
    times better!  That same magic
formula:  Four guys who all have
the Rexx Factor, hittin’ d’stage with more swagger than Captain Jack
Sparrow, and catchy little ditties that grab you by d’throat for 3 minutes at a
time, release just long enough to catch your breath, then on to d’next
one.  You’re spent afterward and good
luck gettin’ those tunes out of your head.  Great in d’studio and they back it up live.

    Back

in d’saddle with d’best of their old songs and their long-awaited 7th
CD stuffed with 10 more instant classics.

  • Alan Barinholtz From Jury Duty On Amazon FreeVee

Amazon Freevee’s new docu-style comedy series, Jury Duty, chronicles

the inner workings of an American jury trial through the eyes of one
particular juror, Ronald Gladden. What Gladden doesn’t know is that the
entire case is fake, everyone except him is an actor, including James
Marsden, and everything that happens — inside
the courtroom and out — is carefully planned.
Jury Duty originated with a question: Was it possible to make a sitcom like The
    Office about
a trial, populate it with brilliant comedic performers, and put a real
person at the center of the show who doesn’t realize he's surrounded by
actors? Ronald Gladden, a solar contractor
from San Diego, CA, is the hero of the story, and completely unaware
this is not an official jury duty summons. James Marsden stars as an
alternate version of himself alongside an ensemble cast of comedic
    actors.
Alan Barinholtz (father of comedy actors Ike and Jon Barinholtz) was a
Chicago-based attorney for most of his life, and now – in his first
major acting role – Alan portrays the judge presiding over one of the
most outlandish court cases in TV history. Alan,
who can also be seen in History of the World Part II, can share his experiences in this uniquely inventive comedy experiment.
