When it’s extremely difficult to make up your mind.  Having the power of choice can actually weaken someone.  On this episode we’re going to explore the choice to lose weight during the months of summer.  Good bad or ugly?  Plus…choosing to become a better you.  Oh oh… what’s the game plan? I’m Arroe.  Life is a series of choices.  Who decides when you’re not making it the right choice?  Is it the fear of going wrong?  The greatest lessons in life are often lost inside hidden away attempts and concepts.  It’s time to reopen your heart. Who is the keeper of words? Who is in charge of expressing? We've set our hearts free in the way of developing thoughts and ideas that don't always agree with poems prayers and promises. People are saying anything...and the receiver is left standing there wondering who what where and why? Word play today isn't being governed by discipline. Compassion and understanding will always be met by conflict. Strange times. Weird ways. The value of saying peace ahead of all things. It will be challenged by our multi layered interpretations.

True story...my boy boy Ernie was laid to rest in this forest in January of 2026. I placed three crosses in the soil with him. Today, nearly six months later, those three crosses were found on the surface of the forest floor. How?
