We know we aren't perfect and it's always tough to digest. The goal is to calm the anxiety. To be shown the opportunities and space to accept our true selves and not a perfect picture on social media. Is it really a great photograph? Was it really a touching paragraph? Is it the real definition of who what where why and when?

I bump into more people struggling with how retail stores are quick to jump onto the next holiday. Are we too set in our way to have to rush to put stuff away? I keep my Christmas tree up all year. Life is a gift therefore Christmas is everyday! What if we did the same with Halloween or President's day. A bed mattress would always be on sale.

The things that keep us young. Discovering new music! So many of us are relying on the oldies to take us back to a past we think we love but complain when the radio DJ says their favorite song is 50 plus years old. Which means you're old. Not when you're locked in on always locating new artists and songs.

How we grow is determined by how much we pour into the activation. We must believe in the purpose. That doesn't mean we can't question. That's where lessons are planted. We must learn to nurture the soil that which brings us joy. The calling is to be real with our hearts and ambitions. To be ready to outreach.

It's getting more difficult to meet people still holding onto their career dreams.  Are we settling?  It's called job pivoting.  Every profession is dealing with employees taking off.  The reasons include job security and wages.  Gen Z is having a tough time.  8.7 million people are working more than one job and the best pros on sight are being stretched out into every position possible.

Learning to watch Reality TV beyond its entertainment value.  There amazing lessons in life to learn as well as activate.
