Why people are called to writing or choose to be authors can sometimes be a deeply dug in secret. Not for me. I'm always willing to help out another traveler and their challenges.

We have no problem talking about our good dreams. Rarely does the subject of our nightmares enters the picture.

Knowing some of the most simple conversations can help heal. Which is why we should always remain engaged in the plan and purpose.

With so much wonder and worry in the world right now, how are you dealing? Where do you go to locate your calm? Does it come in a shape? Something you taste? What does your worry and wonder smell like? The big gap in the generations isn't a numbers thing, it's the idea of wanting to work. So many company leaders keep telling me, "It'll stop when it hits their paycheck." That's not an answer, they're getting another job. Loyalty takes a hit. They want more money. Loyalty takes another hit. Those who are sticking around already have too much work on their plates. Loyalty takes another hit.

So many seasons of growth for this one family of deer. The innocence of the early moments before walking. Learning how to blend into the forest floor to not be so easily identified. Within minutes this new seed will deepen it's story while discovering the creek leading to the lake. None of this was here in 1997! Then I heard in my heart, "Plant trees. Many many trees." Then nature began a new story.

Let us unite in your word so that sentences and paragraphs can follow. To be present in the conversation and not be a bystander passing out rumors.

How do we know when wrong is really off the right path?  Does it have to involve hurting others?  You know... like a city not wanting to put up a traffic light at a very busy intersection until someone is badly injured or killed.  Being an outsider all you can do is be a great listener and yet the greater answer is ignored in fear of taking sides.  Side stepping the problem isn't leadership.  The one needing the help can't find the right words to help heal.
