I work with someone who is looked upon as being one of the top players on the team. He's not only praised by earned Employee of the Month. Yet he's never had a great review from our guests and the people we serve. What's up with that?

There's always something to learn. We are students not masters. There's a lot to pick up from the paths of those who've transitioned. Humans seem to always be in a race to become something they aren't. When it doesn't materialize, we shrug it off, "I don't care." When did it become ok to shrug off a God wink or calling? Ambition in this generation is lost and unafraid of the consequences.

I’m always asking questions.  The fun begins when you start researching for answers. Such as…   Where in line do our prayer requests fall?  Can it be sped up?  Plus…what are the three ways to get your prayers answered?   I’m Arroe…  I am a daily writer.  A silent wolf.  I stand on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen study then activate.  I call it The Daily Mess.  A chronological walk through an everyday world.  Yes, it’s my morning writing.  As a receiver of thoughts and ideas, we as people tend to throw it to the side and deal with it later.  When a subject arrives, I dig in.  It’s still keeping a journal!  By doing the research the picture becomes clearer.  This is the Daily Mess…

I don't have much gray in my hair. People find it hard to believe how old I really am. As of late though they've been calling me the old man. Dealing with that isn't as easy as one would assume.

October 27, 2025   Help... It seems like a very short yet no so small word with a definition the size of the universe.  How are prayer requests prioritized?  This is our way of locating newer and better ways to locate faith, hope and the strength to be enlightened by embracing the ever changing idea of how a walk with unconditional trust inside our mind body and souls can be a source of true family by way of answering prayer requests.

A moment of can you believe this is happening to us? The people making up communities from the good, bad, robbers, cheaters and liars, they're congregating in what we see as neighborhoods. How long will it peacefully last? There's a crackdown of lifestyles and family traditions. If you aren't being escorted out of these areas, the financial front being cut will dig deeper into your survival. This could cause a lack of protein, nourishment and needed medicine. Decision makers in charge of the starvation train.
