So often we give so much of ourselves away that we end up feeling very empty. Is there a way to receive while we're giving? Yes...

With universal energy we have true leadership. It's not a corporation led by decision makers out to save their positions. It's not a knock! It's how business works. If deleting jobs and or pouring more work onto your employees is your choice. You win! But that's not how the universal energy works. It's loving, forgiving and filled with amazing patience. You aren't written up after a no call no show moment. The path might be in question but there's compassion. It's that style of foundation building that makes it worth the investment.

They say if you want to feel young surround yourself with those who are. Hmmm... Although I did watch my father's demeanor change at the arrival of grandchildren, I'm not sure feeling young is found in them. It's in you and the choices you make.
