Are you still holding onto the Sunday morning message from the preacher? Most of us jot our interpretation down. Is it right or wrong? We think we heard it one way only to learn the preacher was walking a completely different path. Our interpretation of things is what keeps many of us out front as leaders. But does that make it right? Practicing poorly can be very damaging.

I’m always asking questions.  The fun begins when you start researching for answers. Such as…   What is this thing called a presence?  Not as in presents you receive on your birthday and Christmas but having a presence.  Plus…who and what is controlling you through having a presence?   I’m Arroe…  I am a daily writer.  A silent wolf.  I stand on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen study then activate.  I call it The Daily Mess.  A chronological walk through an everyday world.  Yes, it’s my morning writing.  As a receiver of thoughts and ideas, we as people tend to throw it to the side and deal with it later.  When a subject arrives, I dig in.  It’s still keeping a journal!  By doing the research the picture becomes clearer.  This is the Daily Mess…

We post a lot of stuff on social media. In all that you share, do you have a presence about you that might in fact inspire you to follow through with what you're messaging? Do you inspire yourself? Or do you rely on others to keep you afloat?

Learning how to clear our hearts in the way of totally embracing the new optioned planted on our paths of choice. There has to be a willingness to explore universal expectations without relying on an ROI return of investment. The old what's in it for me? Drop the fix me first attitude. It's time to trust new ideas, new lessons and a new world. No ROI!

Getting people through the door is one thing. Getting them to come back requires what? The same can be said about visiting friends and neighbors. The big comeback! Is it even possible?

February 9, 2026   Wouldn't it be nice to send more energy into the department of the making of nice?  But first we have to define what nice is.  Nice to see you.  Nice to hear you.  Nice that you have a roof over your head or your community embrace people of homelessness.  The real question is, are you being nice to yourself?  Once you see your reality image in the mirror do you quickly rush over to turn off the light?
