The condo market here in Thailand is a MASSIVE bubble. Because developers are buying out the land and building condos everywhere, the majority of these condos are probably at 10-30% occupancy. So, what happens is there will be around 10-30% Thais living in them and the rest of the tenants will be foreigners, most notably Chinese.

Now, this isn't bad, but considering that there will be 2 economies within one country (Thai and Chinese), not only is the bubble going to burst, but a takeover of this country could potentially loom. Tune in!

Speaking about retirement could be a taboo in many countries. In today's podcast, we're going to discuss the different types of products (in two different audios) in regards to retirement, as well as figuring out if you are someone who's preparing for retirement. I believe we're now living in a knowledge-based world and that with passive income, we don't need to prepare so much for retirement anymore.
