Here's a pre-investment podcast -- podcast -- for all of you out there. I came across a very informational video that brought the spotlight on my money and finances, especially over the year. As you probably know, shutdowns had begun early last year and the majority of the world was caught-off-guard, including me. So, instead of being proactive, I was reactive. I didn't have an emergency fund of 3-6 months worth of rent saved up. I didn't have travel expenses saved up, or even the stipend for a pretty expensive visa. So, I had to work in overdrive to cover expenses and that was three months of stress.
After watching this video and in the midst of the second shutdown, I'm very excited about the "how to" save for a rainy day. Tune into the podcast before we dive into the beginning stages of investing!

Just like the TOEFL iBT, in TOEIC, you will have the questions titled "what is the purpose of this memo/passage/email/etc." Now, in TOEFL iTP, it's a bit more difficult to answer at times, so I tell my students to skip over it. However, in TOEIC, you will get a clue by looking at the correlation between specific detailed questions and the main idea of the passage.

BOOM! We've finished with Sales! That was English for Academic Purposes Part I, and now that we're living in very turbulent times, I'm introducing investments!
Towards the end of my Bangkok Bank Course in early 2020, teaching auditing executives, I began implementing a little bit of investment into the lessons -- and to my absolute amazement, these executives began teaching ME about all things, market, bear markets, IPOs, etc. This specific subject is the one that sets my soul on FIRE because I'm so amazed to hear things that can benefit me in terms of establishing generational wealth.

On the last day of my Business English class at my full-time job, I covered a wide range of vocabulary and talked BUSINESS. Two weeks later, I had seen one of my Thammasat grad students enter the Stock Exchange of Thailand. I said, "wait, you said in class that it was too much and that it was boring?" She retorted, "you inspired me and I find it so interesting because you made it sound super exciting."

Wow! Amazed by this amazing individual and so grateful to have had her on my podcast. I saw that she was teaching at an international school and quickly realized that she could be someone that not only I could learn from but also everyone else on this podcast.
From living in America for her early years to moving to Jordan and learning Arabic and Italian along the way. Haneen was unsure of becoming a teacher at the beginning, but then she began noticing her impact on people and has now turned it into a life-assignment to better the education system in Jordan through teacher training, developmental programs and implementing new ways of learning for both adults and students.

My journey as a TOEFL iBT coach has come to a powerful close, and with it, the era of TOEFL-focused podcasts. What began as a mission to help students pass…
an exam has evolved into something far greater — a calling to help people unlock their highest level of performance and transform their lives.
Welcome to the next chapter: High Performance Coaching.
This journey didn’t begin today. It began on January 3rd, 2016, when I made a decision that would forever change the trajectory of my life. Immersing myself in Napoleon Hill’s Law of Success, Jack Canfield’s Success Principles, and Lisa Nichols’ Abundance Now, I found the mindset and tools that helped me rise above the vehement and relentless racial discrimination I faced in this country. Those challenges did not break me — they built me.
In 2017, I made one of the most courageous decisions of my life: I walked away from a toxic job at New Education World in Future Park Rangsit. That leap of faith led to the creation of this very podcast on March 27th, 2018.
From ESL beginnings to TOEFL iTP episodes in 2019, and eventually into the TOEFL iBT space, what followed was an unbelievable 5.5-year journey. I built my own online business from the ground up and helped propel hundreds — perhaps even thousands — of students toward success. Watching others achieve their dreams became one of the greatest honors of my life.
But growth demands evolution.
As the TOEFL episodes began to slow, something remarkable happened — my coaching episodes surged. More listeners tuned in. More lives were impacted. The message was clear: this is where I am meant to go next.
High performance is no longer just something I teach — it is the life I live.
Later this year, I will take another major step forward by earning my license from Burke and Isobel in South Africa to become a licensed transformation coach. Soon after, I will continue my expansion through the High Performance Coaching program with Brendon Burchard.
Because this mission is not about helping someone pass a test.
It’s about helping people redesign their lives.
It’s about resilience, courage, reinvention, and stepping into the person you were always meant to become.
And now — you are stepping into this new phase with me.
At some point, there will be programs and products designed to accelerate your growth. But first, I am committed to becoming the very best transformation coach I can possibly be — because you deserve nothing less.
