Art Block: Season 2; Episode 4 features Rebekkah Edlund (@RebekkahEdlund; @TheBareFootLifeCoach; @TheHappinessQuestBook). Rebekkah Edlund is an author, life coach, and mentor. Growing up in a very nontraditional way–moving more than 40 times across the country and being schooled from home with just her mother as a teacher–she learned to be adaptable and resilient to change. A love for reading and writing was instilled in her at an early age. Realizing the power to learn anything she wanted, she processed it through writing. At the end of 2020, she decided it was time to achieve her goal of writing a book. Finally published at the end of 2023, The Happiness Quest is just the beginning.

Rebekkah is passionate about living in the moment, finding beauty and laughter in the world around her, and most of all helping people achieve their dreams by stepping into the best parts of themselves.
