Artist Jim Heltsey was a vital member NWSSA symposia and workshops. A Landscape Designer, Sculptor and more, Jim studied under Joanne Duby (long time Art Citizen) before himself discovering Art City in 1999.

Recently Jim passed away. We were blessed to have recorded this episode shortly before Jims unexpected passing. We hope you enjoy the conversation.
