Episode 7 is a dive into the beginning of my art career. What put me on the path that led me to becoming a full time artist, and the circumstances and environment that impacted my decisions to take this leap forwards in a career I never thought I would be able to have.

I like to tell this story because although it came from difficult beginnings, my story wouldn't have the outcome it did were it not for adversity, so I always hope that it might inspire someone else who is considering their dream career to nudge them in the right direction.

A quick hello and an introduction to what is to come. This podcast is called Art Collective, hosted by artist Katy Jade Dobson who has a lot to say on art, creativity, business and more. Each episode will be a topical chat on the art world, creating art, selling art and living art. With interviews with guests on brilliant topics, there are endless subjects to dive into here.

I hope you'll be back for the first episode, which talks about an important point before any creation can take places and that is inspiration. Creative block, what can cause it, how to get past it, and what other prominent artists did to overcome that annoying block we all have from time to time.
