My guest is Jeff Randolph who is a member of the Laguna Beach Community Land Trust. We discuss the nuts and bolts of the developement of the trust and what it will mean to the full time working artists of Laguna Beach.

We discuss the formation of the trust and all the working parts that are going into making this a real asset to Laguna Beach and it's creatives.
