- Patricia Bovey is a former director of the Victoria and Winnipeg art galleries. She served in the Canadian Senate and contributed to the Senate Foreign Affairs committee Report of 2019, "Cultural Diplomacy at the Front Stage of Canada's Foreign Policy".
